Pros

DiTech believe on CHATU employees, like few of still there… Wasting of time and energy. Opportunity to learn the worst movement in the life.

Cons

This is not the career making Company it’s CALUCATION LIKE DUKAN No security for Job, anytime you suspended from Job. They don’t have importance of Professional Working Resources. CEO represents the HR policies NOT HR. Big Question mark ? for this One of the worst environment in the office. If you are right and try to raise the voice against manager, you will abscond or terminated as per Ditech Policy. If your manager made the mistake then, team member are panelised directly from salary. Ditech BLOCK your future opportunities after you left the organisation.

Great production team when I worked there but management stayed out of our way.

Pros

- The company offers a unique opportunity to operate across verticals (finance, publishing, marketing, and HR) all under one roof. - As a VP, I’ve had real decision-making power and a voice in leadership conversations, which is rare in most mid-sized setups. - Leadership is accessible and deeply invested in mentoring and building long-term systems. - Despite being from a newer generation, I’ve always felt respected and heard and learned more from the senior team than I could’ve imagined. - Team collaboration is strong, especially across younger marketing and creative tech departments. - There’s a real balance between legacy industry expertise and forward-thinking innovation.

Cons

- Internal workflows are still evolving as the org continues integrating its verticals. - Some operational silos still exist, which can delay cross-departmental work until properly streamlined. - Since many systems are being built from scratch, agility is important, you’ll thrive if you’re a self-starter.
