Pros

Diabolocom is a fast-growing company that has the start-up feeling and from the other hand, it has the expertise and stability of a well-established company. Our CEO is very approachable and friendly with all our clients and his employees. People in Diabolocom are very friendly and hard-working. Relationship building and innovation are considered the main factors. Of course in a startup environment there are some changing pains, but also many career opportunities and new innovative features are developed all the time.

Cons

Fast-growing companies are accompanied by internal pains and adaptation. If you like to work in IBM, perhaps this is not the right place for you.

Pros

- Rémunération compétitive et stable - Présence de collègues réellement compétents et agréables - Entreprise globalement fonctionnelle, pouvant convenir comme option de compromis

Cons

- Grande quantité de legacy et un véritable zoo technologique - Monolithe mal découpé, en pratique un « monolithe de monolithes » - Stratégie d’architecture faible, avec des décisions souvent prises au profit de la vitesse business - Dette technique ignorée de manière systémique - Processus d’ingénierie mal structurés et fréquemment changeants - Comportements managériaux inacceptables observés à des postes élevés - Cas avérés de menaces adressées à des employés de la part du management - Dans certaines situations, les employés peuvent faire face à un silence total de la part des managers, y compris durant des périodes sensibles (par exemple avant un licenciement) - Les sollicitations adressées à la direction concernant ce type de comportement ne donnent pas toujours lieu à un retour - Les déclarations sur le « rôle clé » d’un employé ne sont pas soutenues par des actions concrètes : ni réévaluation rapide de la rémunération, ni contre-offre, seulement des mentions abstraites de futures performance reviews
