Pros
- Good people (in general) - Flexible working - Good pension for the industry - Good learning opportunities/educational funding available
Cons
- Some decisions that should be made locally have to be escalated up the chain of command, slowing things down at every stage. - Losing responsibility and accountability at a local level. - Increasingly feel undermined by exec level management. - Promotion opportunities becoming fewer and fewer due to less management positions as well as other things i'd rather not mention here.
