Inconsistency, exploitation, mistreatment. HQ Being reorganised nearly every year with no consistency. People hired with very little skills. Trainers (teen girls) not able to answer questions of trainees or being corrected by them. Generally everything in Diageo HQ doesn't paint any good pictures of the company. Huge money being spent thoughtlessly while "saving" being imposed on the areas requiring investments far lesser than the money waisted.... list goes on....
