Pros
The only good thing I can mention is the feeling of the flexibility. The idea in the company is: until the job is done all is fine. But this is just the surface appereance. For some people have a skybar can be a Pros, it depends what you looking for in your job. If you are planning to go on parental leave it can be a good place.
Cons
Tons of outdated and manual processes. Lack of structured responsibilities. Fake people and no values around. Your job is needed until it cannot be transitioned to India, it means you will need to change roles often or get fired and in the first case you won't get higher salary since the preference is for hire outsiders for less money.
