Free booze, good company benefits, great people to work with at the associate to shopfloor level, lots of opportunity to network with teams from other countries and learn from them
Cons
Low base pay compared to industry average disguised with big bonuses. Chronic understaffing that upper management fails to fill in promptly causing remaining staff members to burn out. Lack of robust business processes.

*Managers* are composed of front-line production leads and those who may oversee or supervise.*
The work-life balance is severely lacking, and there are biased managers who add negative connotations to peers' actions without any solid evidence or knowledge. Furthermore, these managers often lack technical expertise regarding machinery and engage in excessive micromanagement of employees. The workplace lacks diversity as defined, and the hiring representatives are typically the same floor leads that micromanage peers creating unfair hiring process at Diageo. Many individuals who have encountered the corrupt practices lead reps in previous jobs are frequently denied opportunities.
