If you are a young professional with not much experience, love drinking cool aid and like working with out order nor processes this company is for you.

Immature executives that believe they are the best, lack leadership and don't respect you enough to listen what you have to say (they know it all, even what you are about to say) turn over is around 40%. They don't respect their people, people are just a tool to their means, no workalike balance and no respect for personal life neither
