Literally everything else. Nepotism, promotions and opportunities afforded to only those with existing relationships. Mostly white men in all positions of leadership. No DE&I to speak of at all. If someone doesn’t like you, you will find yourself pigeon holed to your job. Very much need political backing to get promoted and it’s less about what you know and more about which white men in leadership like you and will choose to promote you. Working insane hours with insane workloads and with this last reorg, you will do 2 people’s jobs for the same pay.
