Flexible start time. This job is fine to use as a way to make some money while you look for another job.
Cons
- There is plenty of nepotism and conflict of interest
- Unstructured training of new employees. New employees are stuck doing repetitive and mind-numbing work for too long. They don't actually teach you anything, just how to follow a protocol, no critical thinking required.
- The company tracks breaks down to the minute, and they only pay you for time spent in the laboratory. Need to leave the lab to have some water? That'll cost you some break time.
- Promises of better conditions and new and exciting opportunities with no follow through
- 6 month probation
- No wifi for employees to use (no cell service)
- High employee turnover
- Management is very disconnected
