1. Small company so politics and bureaucracy not as bad as a bigger company
2. Lots of opportunity to learn new skills
3. Every project is different so it's not boring
4. Good working hours
Cons
growing fast, so lots of room for to improve
Tight deadlines
Not many career opportunities
free parking
cubicles instead of open-concept seating
Cons
* micro-management
* salary employees have to punch in and out
* face recognition software to clock in
* security cameras everywhere
* they do not bother to train you on product
* lack of industry-standard software
*lack of company culture
* you can taste the low morale in the air
* sick days are only accrued in full by end of year so you may have to use vacation/personal time if you're sick.
* There is nothing here that can be of added value to a resume. I ended up scrubbing this experience completely from my job history.
