      Lot’s of good intentions, and ideas, from talented people.

      All of it wasted, and untapped. This isn’t a good place to learn good design and development habits in manufacturing.

      Pros

      It has a very fast paced work environment with highly motivated team. Pushes you to grow, adapt and improve.

      Cons

      It is a fairly small company and therefore has minimal resources. Definitely not a good fit for someone who needs constant supervision or is lazy.
