Pros

Working in a business where every individual counts is so refreshing from being simply a number in previous roles. Hybrid working is great- nice to have balance, enjoying being with the team in the office 1 or 2 days per week Dialect work really hard to make everyone feel part of the team by doing lots of fun on-line quiz sessions/training/monthly rewards etc.. Defo helps everyone work together better

Cons

Working weekends & shifts- But that is something that I was fully made aware of in the recruitment process with & have been happy to do. Great that you know well in advance what shift patterns are though.

Pros

I worked with the Dialect team for a period of approximately 7 months as a freelance project manager. Really enjoyed the supportive approach throughout my time there from all areas of the business. It is still relatively new as a company however it is agile enough to make continuous improvements as it matures as a business.

Cons

None while I was working there.

Pros

Work from home so you don’t have to see anyone

Cons

Run. Seriously — Don’t Even Think About It. Bad place to work! The pay is insulting for the amount of work they dump on you. You’re expected to handle an overwhelming number of clients at once, with zero real support. Work hours? Forget consistency. Your schedule depends entirely on whether management likes you that week. It’s completely chaotic and there’s no fairness or structure — just favoritism and power trips. No one listens. At all. You could be drowning, screaming for help, and you’d still be ignored. Nothing you say matters, and no one cares You’re treated like a disposable cog in a broken machine. The “open door policy” the big boss brags about is a joke. What he means is, maybe someone two levels below him will glance in your direction — but only if it’s convenient. The entire place is a toxic mess. People are overworked, underpaid, and completely unappreciated. Morale is dead. Everyone’s either mentally checked out or desperately looking for a way out. Do yourself a favor and don’t apply. Don’t even think about it. This place will drain the life out of you and leave you with nothing but regret.
