Great entry level job. Learned lots, The work environment is personal and I would reccommend it to anyone looking to get their foot in the door and grow on technical and customer support skills.

Days can be long but there was always something to do. Customers called in angry here and there, but that is customer support to be fair.

To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. It is a pleasure to work in an environment where you learn a lot from and are supported by others. The culture is very open and offers a great life balance. A great deal of trust and inventive freedom had been bestowed upon me, which was exactly what I wanted and needed from an employer. Management values suggestions and input from all employees and encourage ambition and innovation. Growth opportunities here are endless. v

The reality of change is difficult for some team members to grasp but its getting better and better.
