Cons

You are not set up for success in this company. Managers will bully you instead of help you grow and coach you. They will agree on one thing then blame you for it. Don't work at Dialogue if your goal is to step up your game and learn and grow because this will not happen. Managers don't have time to help, they only have time to criticize. The expectations are extremely high, which is hard to reach and maintain with no support, no coaching and no guidance. Additionally, they keep changing their minds so you always have to start over. Being set up to fail is never a good feeling. Lenthy hiring process and in the end, the job you do is not the job you were hired for. Lack of accountability from the managers. They will criticize your work but won't admit their fault (lack of support, more guidance needed, etc). Lots of favoritism. If you are not part of the crowd, you will not succeed there Beware of all the promises during the hiring process. Its all pretty on paper, but highly toxic work environment. The management team don't have any experience in managing employees, and therefore, do not employ good HR practices This is not an inclusive and supportive work environment. You are not allowed to ask questions to other employees as it disrupts their workflow. No work-life balance and no flexibility. Overtime required on a daily basis but no compensation for it and working remotely is not permitted unless an exception is granted.

I am sorry that your experience fell short of that. As a high-performing and high-growth company, we set the bar high for ourselves, and everyone at Dialogue. We also work to put everything in place to help reach ambitious milestones. This is what allowed us to grow at an impressive speed in the last 3 years. Though the road is not always perfect, I believe our journey overall is a fun, challenging and rewarding adventure. As you know, many of the team members who joined the team in the early days are still working at Dialogue and building a platform that removes barriers to excellent care. Pros

-good company benefits -great and responsive colleagues even if distance work (not team lead) -possibility to work from the office

Cons

- you don’t have any control over your appointments -you can have 4 appointments back to back without knowing in advance what’s the client issue (suicidal patients included - not leaving you time to adjust to what you just heard as you need to finish your clinical notes too) -shift overview is unpredictable -you need to download a lot of app on your personal computer as part time doesn’t have access to any materials. It can definitely slow down your computer. -mid provision exam (makes the job stressful at the beginning) -a lot of calls are just referring patients to walk in clinics (simple tasks kind of boring for our academical formation)

Recently, the distribution of appointments has been revised by our management teams for all MHS employees, ensuring that all have enough time between appointments dedicated for note taking and other administrative tasks related to the nature of the role. Regarding one's work schedules, Dialogue is committed to working on optimizing this process with the goal of offering a schedule that offers more stability for our operations staff members.
