Pros
Having been at Diamond for almost four years, I can say that my experience has been nothing but positive in terms of how smoothly things operate here. My experience in the HR department has been truly rewarding.
At Diamond, we organize year-round events and activities, including family and employee gatherings, sports events, office events, BBQs, parties, and draws. We also celebrate the birthdays of all employees.
The working environment is relaxed and supportive. Much of the work is project-based and team-oriented, so it does not feel repetitive or robotic. Unlike many manufacturing environments, the facility is bright, with plenty of natural sunlight coming through the glass roof. There is no excessive noise from large machinery, which contributes to a comfortable and pleasant workplace.
Additionally, there are ample internal growth opportunities across departments such as Production, Quality, Engineering, and Sales.
Cons
The only drawback I would mention is that management implements changes at a slower pace; however, there has been steady improvement over time.
