Pros
Leaves on spot, no double deduction and no dress code.
You don't have to submit leaves weeks before weeks and they also give WFH and good hikes.
The managers are bluff all liars and self absorbed. Although nice people. This job will only teach you about diamonds and nothing else, on spot firing. Works on whims and fancies of MANAGEMENT AND THIER MASTER. It's frustrating after a certain time. No proper management.
