The sales team I work closely with always makes me feel valued. Strong job stability, brand name, Great exposure to FMCG operations and culture — I’ve learned so much here. Trainings could be implemented more regularly. Rewards and recognition programs can be further improved. More HR tools and systems could be introduced to make processes even smoother.
