Pros
Diamond from the very start has been consistently transparent and very clear on expectations and their game plan to get me where I need to be. I have never worked for a job that has a training program as amazing as Diamond: both the training team and the content are phenomenal. Everyone here has been so welcoming and supportive coming in, it’s honestly a great place to work and it feels like I’ve been here forever in a good way. The incentive program is by far the best I’ve ever seen, everyone here is happy which makes for a great and positive working environment, and it’s a job I’m proud to say I work at and I leave my days feeling fulfilled.
Cons
For me there are no major cons, I’ve worked at a few financial institutions and this is by far the best I’ve worked at.
