Upper management are toxic and micromanaging. Playing favorites and with employees that have been there for years and make new hires feel incompetent in their work ethics and daily tasks. They demand 24/7 availability and demand unrealistic results with have the information that is needed to complete tasks. They are not open to suggestions or changes and upper management gets upset when you point out that something is wrong even though they swear that everything is perfect. Upper management belittles their employees and get upset when you stand your ground.
