Pros
Pay and benefits are good. Depending on your position, you are allowed to do your job without people watching over your shoulder. In short, if you do your job well, you have a lot of freedom.
Cons
Quality of the product has gone downhill over the last several years. Since an equity company was brought in, less emphasis is being placed on keeping Diamond a family oriented business and more on cranking out the widgets. New hires in upper management are not accessible and do not listen to the small, unimportant people.
