Pros
If you're into toys, comic books and pop-culture items product discounts are impressive. Due to poor management, getting time off, coming in late or leaving early are never an issue. Convenient parking and good location for using the 1 hour lunch break.
Cons
Management loudly discusses employee salaries, so everyone knows what everyone else is making. The pay scale is very low, and there is no room for advancement within the company, or it's parent company, Diamond Comics. Very old-boys club mentality. Females are treated as second-class citizens
