No job security at all. Employees are often fired without any notice or performance feedback, usually on Friday evenings, leaving no time to process or question. Founders are extremely rigid and lack basic people management skills. They often talk illogically just to prove employees wrong, especially when questioned or challenged. The two co-founders are never aligned — one thinks east, the other west. Their lack of unity confuses the entire team. Only the founders have power. Seniors and managers are just for namesake and have zero decision-making authority. Favoritism is widespread — recognition and growth depend on who you’re close to, not your performance. Juniors openly disrespect seniors, and there's no accountability or disciplinary structure. Many discussions and decisions are made emotionally or without logic, often wasting everyone's time. The focus is more on showing off success than building a healthy, sustainable work culture.
