Bad treatment of female experienced engineer - Senior Software Engineer Dib Travel Employee Review

Bad management, not having basic knowledge about management, organization. Sexism and coming from male manager (Swedish!) who does not know how to do job and that was so obvious and well known to developers. I am getting the similar experience recently - and it is coming more from foreign employers - since in Serbia (and ex Yu) there are many females engineers and always having the same rights in every way. They did not praise you for your obvious contribution - I got review from marketing guy (not doing anything in corona time) and woman not developer - they are just bullies. Can prove avery single word I wrote.
