Good Team Work and excellent professionals

money is tight but there is light at the end of the tunnel

Small company. Worked with a few great people.

Poor management. CEO does not care for the company he's too busy managing his other business. The company is being managed by the COO and hes doing a terrible job. Beware of his tactics. Worked with rude and disrespectful salesmen. Unhealthy work environment. Communication between departments is non existent instead too busy pointing fingers when problems arises. Constant gossip in the office like high school even within managers. No bonus or raises. No room for advancement. I do not recommend this job to anyone that's dedicated and fully committed to their work. Trust me you will not be rewarded or even thanked for your hard work.
