Pros

I am convinced that the company offered many opportunities for professional development — but only for selected individuals. Unfortunately, there were leaders who saw this as a threat.

Cons

The company promotes strong anti-discrimination and anti-mobbing policies and provides relevant training. However, what actually happened within the team I worked in was the opposite of what those policies are meant to prevent. The manager who actively tried to address inappropriate behaviour eventually left the team, while the person who was later promoted had consistently refused to deal with these issues. In fact, this individual often engaged in behaviour that, in my view, resembled mobbing towards certain employees, while clearly favouring others. This created an unhealthy and inconsistent work environment, where the values presented by the company were not reflected in everyday team dynamics.

they feed you lunch each quarter not having to clock out for lunch will call off work if weather is bad

Cons

You'll work the summer away here 50-60 hour weeks, too much work and not workers. Having to stay to till the daily number is met. Only one 15 minute break during a 8 hours shift and the unpaid lunch.not being able to get 40 hours in the winter months. high turnover rates with 4 temp agencies they have new people start every Tuesday and Thursday training is horrible daily morning meetings cant use a sick day if you call off has to be pre arranged high insurance rates youll get a day off maybe a the end of each quarter if the number is met depending on department
