they feed you lunch each quarter not having to clock out for lunch will call off work if weather is bad

Only one 15 minute break during a 8 hours shift and the unpaid lunch.not being able to get 40 hours in the winter months. high turnover rates with 4 temp agencies they have new people start every Tuesday and Thursday training is horrible daily morning meetings cant use a sick day if you call off has to be pre arranged high insurance rates youll get a day off maybe a the end of each quarter if the number is met depending on department
