Pros

Absolutely none. The owner of this company, Stephen Reuning, thinks that as soon as he hires you, he owns you. Do not believe ANY of the positive reviews of this company. I would guarantee that any positive review written about this company was done under forceful direction of Mr. Reuning

Cons

8-5 job but if you leave at 5 or even 5:30 you are considered a "clock watcher". Absolutely no time for family. In the eyes of management it should go "work, work, more work, don;'t worry about your family, work" Vacation policy is a complete joke. 1 personal day per quarter and its "use it or lose it" NO SICK TIME. that's right! If you get sick you better hope you still have a personal day. Because of this policy make sure you are up on your flu shots because it spreads through the office like wildfire. Nepotism is rampant at Diedre Moire. You can put in YEARS at this company and not advance as fast as family. Stephen Reuning has almost zero control of his emotions. Acts like an over educated child with a penchant for temper tantrums. You will be constantly encouraged to perform tasks that dance along ethical boundaries. Office is about 1 broken light away from a full dungeon. Cold in the winter? Put on a coat and full blizzard gear indoors because they do not believe in heat. Family member dies? There is no time off afforded for that. Get back to work.

Pros

Great company culture where I feel valued and appreciated. The leadership team is always honest and straight forward with their communication. The company provides all the tool and support you could want to achieve your goals. As a talent acquisition specialist you operate with as much autonomy as you like and are trusted to accomplish your targets without a manager hovering over you. My manager was always looking for ways to help me move into higher level roles and was excited for me when earned a promotion into a management role. Great training program for someone's first career or someone looking to make a career change

Cons

Not something you can master overnight, takes time and effort to master the skills necessary to be great.

Pros

If you are looking for a position that is a challenge mentally, provides growth as a professional, and will teach you discipline? This is not the job but career for you. Do you believe you are worth more than you are paid? At Diedre Moire you control how much you make, you work hard you earn more. It would be a disservice to the company if I didn't mention the camaraderie that occurs within the office, everyone not only gets along great but also support and are each other’s biggest coaches/fans.

Cons

In my office there is only one window and my back is to it, sunny days during the summer I just want to feel the sun! Also the office can be a little cool in the winter time, nothing a nice sweater can't fix though. Really the only con with this position is that you have to dedicate a lot of time, this could mean 10-12 hour days however the more time and energy you put in the more money you make. I think it’s a pretty good trade off.
