-Some people are way too agressive in this company. Slamming on their desk all day, cursing out loud at every little things and, of course, those are the people that are protected.
-Short deadlines
-You have to constantly deal with people doing mistakes all day but can't make any yourself.
-They can't keep people for this job because they either fire them due to the team manager being insufferable and overly agressive or they get tired and leave.
