Pros
DIG is completely transparent about everything, it’s straightforward no bs. We are all 10-99 contractors and we can work as much or as little as we want. This agency can be as interactive or independent as you want it to be. There is tons of resources inside at your disposal, the script, the dialer, the leads, the sales trainers, etc. it’s a meritocracy, there’s no favorites here, it’s all on you to work hard, listen to the training and put in the time mastering your sales skills. If you can do that you will get paid great for it. And the best thing is all you have to do is sell, DIG does everything else for you. If you perform well, they will cater to you and you can make this an extremely lucrative career.
Cons
The cons are there in any agency, this business isn’t easy. If you’re looking for a business where you never have to fight for your money this isn’t for you. If you are a grinder, the kind of person who takes on a challenge and learns from his mistakes this is a gold mine.
I cant see many ways DIG could improve, in any business you can always “have better leads” but I think as far as the insurance industry goes we have the best leads out there and it’s also always improving.
