They actually give Christmas gifts every year and pay for your turkey on Thanksgiving. When someone has a birthday they buy the whole plant lunch for the day. This company is the example of going above and beyond for their employees. Very satisfied!

The biggest pro of working at DSI is that the majority of the employees and supervisors are wonderful people to work with and get to know. Another pro would be how easy it is to learn your job. I've gained experience in multiple departments and none, so far, have been difficult.

One of the biggest cons I have experienced is how easy it is to feel taken advantage of. This company, like most factories, tends to overuse some employees. As an employee who likes to go the extra mile occasionally to help coworkers, I have had constant occasions where I have been specifically instructed to go above and beyond my role to get things done because my bosses know I have been willing to in the past.
