Pros
People generally are professional, easy to deal with. Environment is fast paced. Benefits was good.
Cons
Middle and upper management primarily dominated by 1 race only. Work life will be slightly disadvantaged cos they wont cut slack for u if u do small mistake. If their kind does it, it becomes hush hush. Every 4 or 5 years they will do a purge of staff by offering VSS/MSS, so dont expect to stay long unless u have a very good cable with your big bosses.
