Pros
- Above average compensation for an entry level job. - Private healthcare - Education fee reimbursement program (however upon receiving it, you'll need to stay for at least 2 years otherwise you'll have to cough it up).
Cons
- Workplace predominantly Chinese / other Asians with bare minimum spoken/written English; negatively affects culture and communications. - Visible signs of alleged workplace bullying; incompetent human resources. - (not necessarily a con, but) workers predominantly females, with overall avg ~ 40 years old. I.e absence of diversity (although they love to promote itself as being a diverse one, reason being they have many employees from different parts of Asia. - Unethical treatment of fixed term contractors who fulfil the same or more responsibilities than employees. - Your private healthcare comes at a certain cost e.g. emotional stress from the extremely every-woman-for-herself culture. Colleagues trying to run over one another..
