Pros

Good working environment, product is relatively easy to learn.

Cons

It is hard to communicate with other department. Very few opportunities within the company. Senior management are not too sure how to do things right which creates a lot of frustrations.

Pros

DigiCert has an amazing culture with a ton of great people who are always willing to collaborate and band together to achieve a common goal. I feel I have the tools, support, autonomy, and resources to succeed in my role and make a positive business impact.

Cons

There is definitely areas of opportunity when it comes to building for scale and breaking down operational silos as DigiCert continues to grow as an organization.

Pros

Excellent work life balance. Forward thinking. Small enough you don't get lost in the crowd, but big enough to make a large impact.

Cons

On boarding process was a bit painful. No RSUs or stock options which means no ESPP either
