Dear former DigiCert employee,
First, thank you so much for more than six years with our company. We know in that time you witnessed a lot of growth and change at the company. We appreciate you taking that experience and sharing it in a Glassdoor review.
That said, we appreciate your support of leadership and your mention of the autonomy and trust present within our culture. We also acknowledge how traffic can be a struggle in different locations. Leaders do try to accommodate this by only requiring two in-office days and providing perks like lunch and snacks for those in offices on those days. And we also host events and activities in offices that aim to inform and strengthen culture.
