Enjoyable work, some locations are better than others, dealing with customers, good management and training, it's privately owned and the owner is a great guy and manager.

Some locations can be stressful, some customers are unbearable, low pay, competition is slowly killing this company, need to repair more than just Apple products

Teaches a valuable skill, allows for personal growth during downtime, very self-motivated business, left alone if things are going smoothly.

Management has no idea how to run a proper business. Business operates as if it is still 2007. Horrible systems for accountability, taxes charged improperly, ZERO inventory control, complete lack of a POS, utilizes a back-end piece of software for front-end work. The list goes on and on.
