Pros

nothing good about this company. Neither company outlook nor management.

Cons

This is a bogus company. These guys fool their investors and employees. These guys have shutdown their operation midnight of 6th September and ran away with out giving employee's salary and dues. After contacting several times CEO of the company Mukesh Goswami said I don't have anything new to say and he is also a victim. I wonder how a co-founder can be a victim. These guys do not fit in the business. they could be good as employee but not as employer

Pros

Not much stress on estimation Latest Technologies Good exposure and Learning but harder way

Cons

Greedy, Worst Management and CEO Heavy Work Pressure Location is not good, no cab.. no benefits, no culture ----------------------------- Start was not fine, looking at infra and environment. But looking at technologies and the architecture we were using, it felt great. That was a good exposure and going to help in career. There was always problem with management, in requirements and process, but that is where i learnt. I had personal laptop and dongle from Company, so i could easily go home on time and work as required. No problems with the leaves as well. Whatever, people told me in the beginning was right but today when i see myself in new organisation, it could not have been possible without Jeevom / Digigrapes.

Pros

- You can walkin any time coz the company is always hiring, just to fire next day. - All day music. - No Pros at all.

Cons

- The company owner is a Lala. Meri Dukaan main jaisa bolu karo. - The CTO is just a dummy sitting there to give false commitments. - COO doesn't know why he is there. - Salary always comes late. - Everyday firing, if Mukesh(lalaji) think we don't need this guy now, that it. - No Job safety, once your work is done, you will be asked to leave, no appreciation at all. - No employee benefit policies.
