Pros

Management is supportive and the team is full of amazing and talented people. DigiGround works with a variety of clients so the work is always interesting. Lots of chances to learn new knowledge and acquire new skills.

Cons

Working for an agency means that I don't get the chance to work on large marketing campaigns. I would like to be able to really dedicate my skills to a single product/business.

If you are a workaholic, the culture is good for you. There is a 10-15people running team with live products working 6days/week

Cons

1 day weekend, low salary and low growth, poor leave policy, not much benefits.
