This place is filled with inexperienced team leaders like Mr Sumit. The TLs don't have knowledge and expertise. I wonder how do they become TLs. The projects are simple not worthy. The codebase is putid and no one gives dam about the code quality, security, good practice. That's why the projects are putid, company is putid, team leaders are putid, and you won't get to learn anything apart from implementing crud apis. The TLs and higher management thinks highly of themselves as some god and bears attitude. However, in reality they know nothing. My advice to the prospects: Keep away from these lalas companies in Mohali. Most of these companies are filled with these inexperienced and you'll get to work on small projects only. Instead, if you want to build a good career in this industry, go out and move to other places like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, etc. Believe me, initially there would be bit of struggle, but it would be worth it. You'll learn a lot and will help you in career growth. You'll get to learn the real engineering, good industry practices, etc and not the bookish copy paste development.
