As it is a start up, you need to work for long hours at times and get across crisis at times as well.

There is nothing good about the company. They just trick you with good salary structure, but at the end don't pay you !!

They will use you and when they think, you don't fit in with them in terms of playing politics and the area in which you have worked no more requires as many people, for eg. if the product launch is over and product making is done, to save their money, (no matter if you have worked best), they will kick you off !!
