      Pros

      Great small company that is closely tied with Washington State University. Great atmosphere and rather welcoming.

      Cons

      Digilent was acquired by TI around my employment, which basically means that the nature of the company could have changed since I was there.

      It is a smaller company, so sometimes there can be issues with the amount of workers.
