None, they used to have flexibility but the CEO seems to be on a power trip after receiving funding

where should I start? They will expect you to be a slave, be available 24/7. They lack basic professionalism, can even call you on WhatsApp at 4am. You can put in all your effort into meetings and the senior management will take all the credit. So much office politics, they literally waste their time in solving petty conflicts between people. They lie a lot and set fake expectations to clients as well as employees which always creates so much pressure.
