Pros

I love the mission of the company and we are truly building something big. Everyone here is laser-focused on achieving our goals and it very satisfying to be working and growing every day.

Cons

We are all heads-down now as we build and gear up for a fundraise, so not a ton of frills. It's still a very fun place to work though - everyone is extremely nice and easy to work with, and we certainly find time to try and achieve good balance.

Pros

My two favorite things about DigitBridge are the important work we are doing and the colleagues I get to do it with. We're building an amazing technology that will greatly help SMBs and the work is extremely satisfying. Every single person at the company is great to work with; we are truly a collaborative team where people work hard and are easy to get along with.

Cons

Not a con to me as I wanted to work at a startup, but that does mean we do deal with startup-type things. To me, the problem-solving and doing-more-with-less is exciting, but it does mean you need to be into startups.

Pros

I’ve only been here a month and it’s already far surpassed my expectations and prior job experience. What’s the opposite of a toxic work environment?! It’s an early-stage start-up so you get to wear as many hats as you’d like to. That’s not to say they’re loosey-goosey with responsibilities, but you have opportunities to step outside the bounds of what your role might entail at a more established company. All you have to do is ask. The potential to learn and grow is rich. Leadership is impressive and collaborative. Hard work is expected but work-life balance is important to them and if you’re performing at or above expectations, you can enjoy a healthy balance. Boundaries are respected and I cannot overstate how refreshing and appreciated that is.

Cons

It’s currently an in-office only company, but it makes sense while we’re the size we are and at the stage we’re in. Once we grow a bit more, I hope we can transition to a hybrid model. That’s it! I don’t even mind the trip to El Monte, that’s how great this place is.
