Toxic culture, zero support, management is awful, it takes ages moving a project forward, opinionated people who are unable to have a constructive discussion, vague limits in responsibilities - constant dumping of their own work on others. Gossips, gossips and gossips in every corner, collective smoking at hourly intervals which eventually turns into roasting of one of their coworkers.
