Pros
Great place to get exposure across the Direct Marketing spanning multiple verticals and countries. Everyone is always more than willing to help you out when you need it a real collaborative environment. The sky is the limit in terms of career progression but you will need to take charge and make it your own. You're encouraged to think different and challenge the status quo. Nobody would be fired for taking a risk, the MD was proud of that.
Cons
The hours can be tough but it is a consultancy, the clients are paying for a service. However there's peaks and troughs, so it isn't always full on. At times it did feel as though the majority of work was being done by a minority of the team but this can be true of a lot of places. The company does go through its fair share of restructures but it's all part of test and learn. If it's not working, pivot and learn from the experience.
