      -As it is a company with lesser number of employees, more manager role wont be there, if someone don't want to update in technology and have so experienced, better dont prefer the company.

      hmm, lets see....NONE. Culture sux, CEO and COO never show interest, or recognize good work.

      bad CEO cares more about his indians in india that actually do the work, the newport office is a scam, this is all overseas outsourced work, its a joke. companies think they are paying a USA based company and they end up with odesk developed work.
