From the President down to every employee, they are passionate about the mission statement and living by the defined core behaviors. Communicaton is open and the pace if fast, enabling you to accomplish your goals.

As this is a later stage start up, and projects move quickly, sometimes you will need to determine the process as you are in it. VERY minor con as suggestions for process improvements so far have all been met in a positive light.
