Pros
The company's mission is admirable - doing AI the Right Way to transform healthcare for the better. Initially, culture seemed great, Benefits include unlimited PTO, which is nice.
Cons
In the few years that I was there, the company did two rounds of layoffs. After the initial round, they had a meeting saying that they didn't see any more layoffs in the future; however, within one year they laid off nearly half the company.
Also, in between the two rounds of layoffs, the CEO left the company. Following his departure, there was a companywide meeting to let everyone know that "everything was fine." So, if you do work here, I would be aware that what you're being told may not be an accurate depiction of what is actually happening.
