The wider team are amazing, hard working and creative.

The workplace suffers from excessive micromanagement, creating a toxic environment. Unpaid overtime is routinely expected, with most employees working from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. without recognition or credit. Some members of upper management regularly speak to their teams with disrespect, showing little regard for their value or contributions. Passive-aggressive bullying is consistently overlooked, as loyalty to the organisation is often rewarded, regardless of behaviour.
