Pros

This company offers an extremely comfortable and healthy work environment. My experience here has exceeded my expectation of what a workplace should be like. Our entire team is inclusive, friendly, and fun, while always remaining professional. At this job, in times of pressure, team members are met with compassion and understanding. We are continuously praised and rewarded for accomplishments and any constructive feedback is delivered appropriately. On top of all of this, we are offered genuinely amazing benefits. In my current position as a Customer Support agent we are often given 3 day weekends and do work some shifts remotely.

Cons

When first starting with this company, the Customer Support team worked a shift rotation that included overnights but that's since been removed from our schedule. That's personally the only con I can think of, however that's a personal opinion and I can see how working in this industry a night shift may be necessary again in the future.

Pros

1. very friendly and professional environment in the New York Office, and close teamwork among different departments, including the digital marketing team, content marketing team, sponsorship marketing team, and product team. 2. Excellent office environment in MyWork buildings, free lunch every Thursday. 3. Start-up company in the U.S. with a lot of room for growth, which means tons of chances to promote

Cons

1. The product team and gaming team are not capable of producing a quality product or gaming design with good retention functions and good odds, which resulted in a low retention rate, and indeed hurt the marketing efficiency. 2. broken communication with the cape town team, where the major product development team located.
