Pros

Some amazing colleagues, good insurance and employer funded HSA.

Cons

Questionable business decisions. Toxic leadership. Care more about being in office than the work that’s produced. Semi-annual employee evaluations on a 1-5 scale but every score is either a 3, 3.5, or 4. “Inflation raises” that don’t ever equal the previous years inflation. Won’t give any other raises unless you leverage a job offer against it. Lots of turnover due to managerial mishandling of employees. Management is hyper critical and doesn’t make employees feel valued.

Pros

This company offers an extremely comfortable and healthy work environment. My experience here has exceeded my expectation of what a workplace should be like. Our entire team is inclusive, friendly, and fun, while always remaining professional. At this job, in times of pressure, team members are met with compassion and understanding. We are continuously praised and rewarded for accomplishments and any constructive feedback is delivered appropriately. On top of all of this, we are offered genuinely amazing benefits. In my current position as a Customer Support agent we are often given 3 day weekends and do work some shifts remotely.

Cons

When first starting with this company, the Customer Support team worked a shift rotation that included overnights but that's since been removed from our schedule. That's personally the only con I can think of, however that's a personal opinion and I can see how working in this industry a night shift may be necessary again in the future.
